How we support Therapeutic Court participantsThe Spokane County felony therapeutic courts are primarily funded through Federal, State and Local tax dollars. While the core components of our evidence based program are funded, the participants have needs beyond what can be funded with tax dollars. The Therapeutic Courts Foundation was established to meet the needs of our participants and set them up for success as they transition through the program.
